The SCALE Sarawak Graduation Week, held from November 6 to 8, 2024, celebrated the successful completion of a transformative 6-month program aimed at empowering Sarawak-based entrepreneurs.
Organised by Tabung Ekonomi Gagasan Anak Sarawak (TEGAS) and Endeavor Malaysia, with support from Grab and GXBank, the event highlighted the achievements of five high-impact companies from Sarawak that have undergone significant growth through mentorship, tailored workshops, and networking opportunities.
Naaman Lee, COO of JurisTech and an Endeavor Entrepreneur, was a prominent speaker at the SCALE Sarawak Graduation Week. He participated in the Fireside Chat session alongside Endeavor’s former Managing Director, Adlin Yusman, where he shared valuable insights on leadership and navigating the challenges of sustaining business growth.

Naaman also fully engaged with the participants throughout the event, attending various workshops and activities. A highlight of the week was the tour of several innovative companies, including Chemsain Konsultant, Hornbill Agriculture, and Indah House, which allowed participants to see firsthand the impact of entrepreneurship on the region.

The SCALE Sarawak Graduation Week gave the graduating companies—Etika Saingan Sdn Bhd, Hornbill Agriculture, EB Tech, Indah House Kuching, and Hexabyn Technologies—a platform to showcase their growth and achievements. Through panel business reviews, company tours, fireside chats, and intensive workshops, participants were able to reflect on their journey and the transformative impact of the program.
